Hi there! My name is Rebecca and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado, a Certified Complex Trauma & Dissociation Specialist, and a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner.

I bring an existential perspective to my work with trauma and dissociation, offering clients a unique approach that combines actionable techniques with deep exploration of meaning. Together, we’ll work on managing symptoms, making sense of your experiences, and creating a life that feels grounded and true to who you are.
